Intuition.
"Hi, I have recently found out I've been dealing with MCAS on top of Lyme Disease, Babesia Ducani, Borrelia Relasping Fever, Epstein Barr, HHV6 and cardiac and neurological damage from the Lyme spirochetes that I've had for several years. A lot of people don't know that the Lyme spirochetes are 50% genetically related to the syphilis spirochete. I have had sinus issues for years, but with the advent of the MCAS, my sinus issues went tenfold. I have maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinus disease as well as blockages of the drainage passages. I'm not really wanting to use the budesonide and mupirocin nasal rinse that the immunologist ordered and just this morning , it dawned on me to try the nasal spray that I have had for some time.
