Keto Detox Directions

Accelerated Fast™: Take 3-4 Capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.  Intermittent fast until you are hungry.  For best results, break the fast with protein meal to increase fat burning.

 

Accelerated Colloidal Silver®: Take 1 TBSP 3-5 times per day. Swish it in your mouth for one minute and then swallow.  May be nebulized for lung infections, bronchitis, pneumonia and more.  May be sprayed in the eyes for eye infections or on the skin for acne, rashes, and burns.  For Ear infections, put 1-2 drops in the ear for two minutes and then dump out.

 

Accelerated Cellular Detox Powder®: Take 1-2 tsp at night before bed in water or juice. Best to mix with a little apple cider vinegar or lemon, stevia, and water over ice.

 

Ola Loa Multivitamin Drink : Simply add the contents of a packet to a half-glass of water, and you’re ready to drink your vitamins!

 

MegaSpore Biotic™: 1-2 per day for additional microbiome support after the first month of the protocol.

 

Acceleradine® Iodine: Start slowly.

Start with 3 drops in water 3 times a day on an empty stomach. Increase by 1 drop per dose per day until you get to 25 drops three times a day. Continue with 75 drops per day. Take at least 15 minutes before food or other supplements.

 

You are detoxing your thyroid as you are increasing the dosage. So, if you feel strong detoxifying reactions, then don’t increase the dose until you feel good again. Stay at the 25 drops three times a day indefinitely, as iodine isn’t sufficient in the diet.

"I incorporated the detox bundle into my weight loss journey about 6 months after starting a Ketogenic diet. I have been using the products religiously ever since (almost two years) and absolutely love them! Therapeutic ketones helped me take my diet and health to the next level. I was able to start Intermittent fasting without feeling hungry or experiencing strong cravings. I continue to take it daily because it helps with my energy levels and mental clarity. I love starting my day with this drink knowing I am giving my ketosis levels a kickstart and will be better able to maintain them with diet the rest of the day. I mix Oxylent with my ketones. Making sure my vitamins, minerals and electrolytes are maintained at strong, healthy levels is a big factor in what has allowed me to be so successful with a ketogenic lifestyle, in my opinion. My husband and I started

"My husband and I started the keto diet for completely different reasons- He wanted to lose weight, and I was sick and tired of always being sick and tired! As a former Vegan I am so anemic having to get my iron levels checked every 2 months- Now I'm a meat eater and feel 100% better. I never thought that would happen but with Sara’s encouragement I was able to take a bite of meat! And now I feel like thats all I crave! The Oxylent is a MUST! So perfect in the morning- (after my bulletproof coffee of course). Sara was more than willing to speak on the phone with me for over an hour answering ALL my questions.
